OREANDA-NEWS. November 2, 2012. The Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO and the State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM announce the launch of the multi-module integrated course “Global Leaders Programme”; its first module will take place on the SKOLKOVO business school Campus from October 29 till November 2.

The major goals of the programme are as follows: formation of the management’s strategic vision, acquirement of modern administrative knowledge, development of competences needed for management of changes, international technological expertise studying.

The ROSATOM managers who possess sufficient managerial experience and are eager to become a part of the future global transformation of the company have been invited to participate in the programme. In the end of a serious three- stage selection 50 people have become the listeners of the educational course.

As for the programme structure, it comprises five modules and two international trainings at technological plants in Asia and Europe. The educational course optimally combines academic lectures under the guidance of professors from the world leading universities with serious project work. Theoretical blocks with analysis of real satiation from leading companies’ practice are backed up by the practical element that assumes the acquired skills training, business cases, simulation games. An important component of the programme is open discussions of actual business topics with the State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM top management and industry experts as well as performances of eminent representatives of politics, sport and art. Accumulating new knowledge, in the course of the educational programme participants are to elaborate their own strategic projects and in the end of the studying present the, to the company’s top management.

The first module of the “Global Leaders Programme” – Global Strategy – will be guided by Maurice Saias, professor of strategy at IAE Aix-en-Provence (France). Within the first module the following experts will hold meetings with the programme participants: Igor Leshukov, Head of Analytical Department of TVEL, Pavel Tatyanin, Senior Vice-President, Head of International Business of EVRAZ, Philippe Pegorier, Head of Alstom Russia.
