OREANDA-NEWS. November 12, 2012. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company took part in the 19th specialized Agrosib 2012 Exhibition of agricultural products, advance technologies, equipment, and technical facilities for agriculture, agricultural chemistry, beekeeping held in Novosibirsk from October 30 to November 2, 2012 under the auspices of the Government of Novosibirsk Region and Novosibirsk City Mayor's Office.

The goal of Agrosib 2012 Exhibition was to demonstrate clearly the work results of the region's agricultural sector, join efforts of the region's and district's companies in solving the problems of the Agro-Industrial Complex, promote the industry development by extension of the direct contacts between the manufacturers of agricultural machinery, equipment, products and their consumers.

The fair was opened by Vasily Yurchenko, Governor of Novosibirsk Region, Ivan Moroz, Chairman of the Government of Novosibirsk Region, Vladimir Gorodetsky, Novosibirsk Mayor, and Georgy Ivashchenko, Minister of Agriculture of Novosibirsk Region.

Ingosstrakh Insurance Company presented a subject-oriented exposition stand ‘Agro-Industrial Insurance’ at which heads of farm units taking part in the exhibition and guests of the event could obtain up-to-date and complete information on insurance coverage of agricultural producers.

The Department for Agricultural Insurance of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company Branch in Novosibirsk was awarded with an honorary diploma and the Big Gold Medal of Agrosib 2012 Exhibition for high-quality insurance servicing of agricultural companies, and given a letter of gratitude for its participation in the exhibition.

According to Dmitry Shevchenko, Director of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company Branch in Novosibirsk, agriculture, and crop growing in particular, is one of business areas with the highest risks in Siberia. However the insurance may provide agricultural producers with definite guarantees. "The crucial point is that Agrosib Exhibition makes it possible to meet business partners and discuss further ways of cooperation," Dmitry Shevchenko claimed. "Within the framework of the exhibition, we managed to plan new projects, establish partnership relations with a number of companies, consolidate our former achievments, and confirm the existing business contacts."
