OREANDA-NEWS. December 4, 2012. announces the appointment of Anatoly Fogelgezang as Vice-President and Head of Strategic Development. Mr Fogelgezang will implement the Bank’s strategic changes program, which includes designing the strategic plan, building its implementation mechanisms, KPI cascading system and project management. He will also be responsible for the cross-functional coordination and synchronization of the change program. Additionally, Mr Fogelgezang will be in charge of innovations and new technologies implementation.

The candidacy of Anatoly Gogelgezang for the Management Board member position will be presented for approval to the Central Bank of Russia.

Mr. Fogelgezang has joined MDM Bank from OJSC Bank Saint Petersburg, where he was head of planning and financial control, and deputy head of the budget committee and tender commission from September 2004 to October 2012.

Anatoly Fogelgezang began his banking career in OJSC MDM Bank SPb (previously Bank Petrovskiy) in May 1997, where he progressed from the senior consultant of the Planning and Control Department to the Deputy Head of Finance and the ALM Committee Executive Secretary.

Anatoliy Fogelgezang has degrees in technology and economics, a PhD degree in economics and the Stockholm School of Economics Executive MBA in General Management.
