OREANDA-NEWS. February 07, 2013. The Commission of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) found that the Kirishskoe Town Authority, Kirishsky Municipal District of the Leningrad region violated Part 1 Article 15 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

In 2012, the Kirishskoe Town Authority granted a subsidy to the only executor – the Office for Design-Construction Works of the Kirishskoe Town Authority, Kirishsky Municipal District of the Leningrad Region” Municipal Unitary Enterprise to reimburse the costs of works and services for highway maintenance and repair in Kirishskoe. The Kirishskoe Town Authority did not comply with tender procedures.

The FAS Commission established that actions of the Kirishskoe Town Authority restricted access of other economic entities to the market.

Having investigated the case, the FAS Commission issued a determination to the Kirishskoe Town Authority to stop the antimonopoly violation.
