OREANDA-NEWS. March 11, 2013. Within the framework of a continuous improvement of the service for applicants, the maximal capacity of the power receivers of which is up to 150 kW inclusively, a simplified procedure of the grid connection (TC) to the electric grids has been introduced in JSC “MOESK”. The given regulation has been started in Moscow, and then in Moscow region as well.

Grid connection procedure simplified earlier was used only in cases, if the capacity in the connection point had not exceeded 15 kW.

Now the customers of Moscow United Electric Grid Company won’t need to obtain technical specifications for electric power metering. The requirements to the organization of the calculated accounting of electric power will be stated in the technical specifications, got by a customer as an appendix to a grid connection contract to the grids of JSC “MOESK”.

Customers can give the information on the technical specifications fulfillment, having dialed the unified telephone number 8 (800) 700-40-70, or to send in written.
A possibility of the payment by installments of the grid connection is stipulated for the applicants within the framework of the tariff solution.

All the interactions in the process of the technological contract execution and the woks execution on the technical specifications will be made directly via a Customer Service Center (CSC), located at the address: Moscow, Alexander Solzhenitsyn str., 7, or via regional customer offices of JSC “MOESK”. Exchange of all the necessary documents, including a Permit receipt and transfer for the voltage supply from a sales company, is implemented by JSC “MOESK” and power supply companies without an applicant’s participation.

Improvement of the grid connection procedure in JSC “MOESK” began in September of the last year. In 2012 the new grid connection standards were elaborated, a transparency and efficiency of TC process was increased, new regulations were issued. For the customers’ convenience program “5 steps for 3 visits” has been developed and is being implemented. The main goal of the transformations – is a continuous improvement of the service for customers, number decrease of the face-to0face contacts and quantity of the documents, necessary for the grid connection.
