OREANDA-NEWS. ALIDI, a leading Russian distribution and logistics company, summarizes results of 2012. This year the turnover of ALIDI Group exceeded 22,4 bln. rubles, demonstrating 21 % growth in comparison with 2011.

In 2012 ALIDI focused on the development of distribution business in Belarus business:

- ALIDI became distributor of P&G in Belarus less than a year ago in October 2011. From the very beginning ALIDI had to build up an efficient scheme of distribution to get back share of P&G goods in Belarus outlets to reach target sales volumes. During the whole year ALIDI demonstrated high results, over fulfilling target by 16 % in April 2012 and in December showing even better results exceeding target sales volume by 30 %.

- In July 2012 ALIDI was selected by Nestle as its distributor in Belarus. In frame of this contract ALIDI works with the national range of Nestle goods and Nestle Purina. ALIDI sales team demonstrated outstanding results during the startup period. Company needed only 20 days to start operations (usually this process occupies more than 7 weeks).

- In summer 2012 ALIDI Warehouse in Belarus got Status of Special Custom Zone. The custom clearance procedure of stickering is now effected in ALIDI warehouse thus helping producers to reduce delivery time and save money on custom clearance formalities.

Another focus of ALIDI business development strategy in 2012 was the development of contract logistics in the Moscow region. In frame of this strategy ALIDI concluded contracts with Adidas and "Obyedinennye konditery" (biggest Russian confectionary holding) and expanded cooperation with M.video (leading Russian retailer of household equipment).

In 2012 ALIDI was ranked 7 among more than 100 Russian Companies in a list of Russian Best Employers, prepared by recruitment holding HeadHunter and published by Vedomosti. It is an important achievement for ALIDI proving the high professionalism of ALIDI Team.

In 2012 ALIDI got National Award in the field of Logistics held by EuroAsiannLogistic Assoiation becoming the winner in the nomination - National Provider of Logistic Services for Retailers. For the 4-th consecutive year ALIDI group was listed among TOP-5 leaders of Logistic Market in Russia.

For the second consecutive year ALIDI was named by Forbes among the TOP-200 of Biggest Russian Private Companies.
