OREANDA-NEWS. Belarus’ OJSC Minsk Sparkling Wines Plant reported a 39.07% increase in its statutory capital, which grew to Br211.048 billion (USD 24.54m) as of March 15, 2013, reads a press-release.

The face value of one share has grown by 39.07% to Br238,440 (USD 27.7).

The general shareholders meeting held on March 15 approved dividend payout at Br6,790,892,250 (USD 789,639), 23.4% of the company’s total net income in 2012. The company’s 2012 net income totalled Br29.027 billion (USD 3.375 million). An ordinary share shall yield Br7,672.2843 (USD 0.89) in dividend.

OJSC Minsk Sparkling Wines Plant produced Br361.026 billion worth of beverages (USD 41.9 million) in 2012 to compare with Br173.805 billion in 2011.

The winery’s sales proceeds grew 78.4% on the year in 2012 to Br469.584 billion (USD 54.5 million), which makes Br1.547 billion per employee on average.

Minsk Sparkling Wines Plant was established in 1978; it makes 80 varieties of beverages; annual output is estimated at 12 million bottles.
