OREANDA-NEWS. HRT Participates em Petroleo S.A. (the “Company” or “HRT”) (BM&FBOVESPA: HRTP3, TSX-V: HRP) further to the Official Letter CVM/SEP/GEA- 1/N°085/2013 (“Official Letter”) and pursuant to CVM Instruction n° 481/2009 hereby informs that has made a few modifications on the Management Proposal recorded through CVM’s disclosure system (“Sistema IPE”), in March 25, 2013.

Changes were performed on item 13.11, specifically related to the average individual compensation for Board of Executive Officers, Board of Directors and Fiscal Council in the fiscal years ended on 2010, 2011 and 2012, due to the CVM guidance that states that, except in the case that a Senior Manager resigns to his compensation, the average compensation amount for each entity should correspond to the division of total annual compensation amount for each entity (letter “d” of item 13.2) by the number of members informed for the respective entity (letter “b” of item 13.2), as well as an amendment to the item 13.1, letter “g”.

Pursuant to the requirements of the Official Letter, the Company resubmitted, today, the Management Proposal, through CVM’s disclosure system (“Sistema IPE”).
