OREANDA-NEWS. PrivatBank (Ukraine) started an expansion of its network of 24/7outlets where customers will use ATMs and self-service terminals instead of being serviced by the bank officers as usual. Two such outlets have already been opened in Dnepropetrovsk. And over one hundred 24/7 outlets will be opened in different Ukrainian regions till the end of May.

"Here is like in futuristic movies – there is no cash desk and no staff, but you can pay any bill, replenish a deposit, transfer money via ATM or self-service terminal using bank card or cash," - said Sergej Zgonik, Head of PrivatBank Network Development.- "In such outlets both during the daytime and the nighttime you can quickly withdraw money from a deposit or receive a transfer, including transfers from abroad, put it to your card account and withdraw cash from an ATM if you need".

Only customers of PrivatBank will be able to use services in these self-service outlets using PrivatBank’s plastic card as a pass. The outlets operate 24/7 without weekends and breaks, and all banking services there are available via self-service terminals and ATMs. Using these banking robots is clear and available for any our client. In the outlets also there are the easy step-by-step guides on making payments via self-service terminals or receiving transfers into a card account that will help clients who try self-service system for the first time.

Today the bank has 3,395 outlets 8,193 ATMs and 7,237 self-service terminals operating in Ukraine. PrivatBank is going to open over 200 new outlets and to expand the self-service terminals network up to 12,000 units till the end of the year.
