OREANDA-NEWS. Tele2, alternative mobile operator, has launched a new service − “Zero everywhere”. Users of the service receive free incoming calls in national and on-net roaming on Russian territory.

Profitable terms of the “Zero Everywhere” service are available to all Tele2 subscribers in different Russian regions. A subscriber charge totals 2 ruble per day including VAT.

 In order to connect the “Zero everywhere” service, Tele2 subscriber should send a USSD request to *143*21#. To disconnect, clients need simply dial *143*20#.

 The first connection to “Everywhere zero” is free of charge, any other use of the option costs 30 rubles including VAT.

 Outgoing calls and SMS are charged in compliance with the subscriber’s active tariff plan.
