OREANDA-NEWS. UTair Finance has discharged its obligations for the purchase of BO-16 series bonds upon application by their owners on the condition of a public offering with the possibility of further circulation. UTair Finance bought back a total volume of 999,940 bonds for a total nominal value of 999,940,000 rubles.

The placement of series BO-16 bonds originally took place on April 29, 2012 on the Moscow Exchange. The total nominal value of the issues is 1 billion rubles. The circulation period of the bonds is 3 years with a coupon period of 91 days and a coupon rate for 5-12 coupon periods at 11.75%. UTair Aviation has provided security for the loan.

BK Region is among the banks managing the bonds.

UTair-Finance is a subsidiary of UTair Aviation. UTair Finance was founded to develop and implement investment activity for the parent company. The total volume of bond issues of the company in circulation have a nominal value of 14.5 bln RUR and are included on the A1 quotation list of the listing exchange.
