OREANDA-NEWS. June 26, 2013. Last year, the biggest profit was reported by wholesale and retail enterprises and made up MDL 695.4 million, 60.3% down against 2011. Then followed real estate and business-to-business companies: their total profit amounted to MDL 469.1 million, 52% down.

Building companies gained MDL 97 million, 5.3 times down, processing companies having the profit of MDL 9.8 million, 51.3 times down. The biggest losses were recorded by small and medium-sized enterprises of the hotel-and tourism sector and made up MDL 119.9 million against the losses of MDL 47.6 million in 2011; losses of agricultural and forestry companies were MDL 53.5 million against the profit of MDL 951.8 million in 2011; losses of gas-, water and power-supply companies made up MDL 42.4 million against MDL 23.8 million lost in 2011. The profit of small enterprises fell 3.6 times to MDL 715.1 million, NBS informs.

The profit of medium-sized enterprises fell 5 times to MDL 393.6 million. Micro companies worked at loss of MDL 24.98 million in total in 2012 against the profit of MDL 510.4 million in 2011.
