OREANDA-NEWS. July 02, 2013. Tele2, alternative mobile operator, reports that Vladislav Sokolov has been appointed as commercial officer of the North-West macroregion.

At this post Vladislav Sokolov will be in charge of planning and commercial operations of the Tele2 Russia central macroregion. He is responsible for managing commercial departments in Arkhangelsk, Velikiy Novgorod, Petrozavodsk, Kaliningrad, Murmansk, Pskov, St. Petersburg offices. Vladislav will supervise drafting and implementation of marketing strategy, a launch of new products, quality of customer service and distribution network development in the macroregion.

Vladislav Sokolov graduated from the Tver State University, economic faculty. He also holds an MBA from the St. Petersburg University Graduate School of Management.

Vladislav has an extensive experience in telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Tele2 Russia he held the post of commercial officer in charge of Armentel mobile and fixed-line business (Vimpelcom subsidiary company in Armenia). He had also worked over 12 years in MTS where he made his career from sales director of the Tver branch to commercial office in charge of retail segment in the North-West macroregion.
