OREANDA-NEWS. Uralkali (LSE: URKA; the Company) has today announced its production results for Q2 and H1 2013. Uralkali produced 2.4 million tonnes of potassium chloride (KCI) in April-June, and 4.5 million tonnes of KCl in January-June 2013.

Uralkali is one of the world's largest potash producers with a share of about 20% of global potash production. The Company's assets consist of 5 mines and 7 ore-treatment mills situated in the towns of Berezniki and Solikamsk (Perm Territory, Russia).
