OREANDA-NEWS. HRH Prince Michael of Kent and members of Air Squadron British aviation club visited the ANTONOV Company.

Within the visit guests acquainted themselves with history of the enterprise, modern ANTONOV programs and innovative technologies applied in its realization. They visited final assembly shop and stand test laboratory. HRH Prince Michael of Kent was flying at the AN-148 complex simulator and highly appreciated its potential.

During the visit the honorable guest was accompanied by Dmytro Kiva, President - General Designer of the ANTONOV Company. In presentation of the ANTONOV projects he made a special accent on the dynamically developing program of the family of the AN-148 and AN-158 regional jets of a new generation. Mr. Kiva noted that those airplanes met the most modern requirements and were developing in wide international collaboration, including participation of British companies.
