Aegis’ award winning partnership with British Gas involved the standardization of processes and improving Net Promoter Score using domain expertise, superior quality methodology and understanding multichannel cultural nuances to ensure consistency in service delivery. Aegis brought in process efficiencies, automation, business centric quality practices and cultural affinity to the British Gas’ operations to enable a 30% reduction in operating costs and reduced sales leakage to less than 10%.
