OREANDA-NEWS. August 07, 2013. The First vice Prime Minister Serhiy Arbuzov has promised possible assistance to domestic surgeons who work in the capital Heart Centre, and noted that this unique institution will have no problems with financing. However, the unique surgical aggression carried out by specialists of the Heart Center enables the child to live a full life.

It should be noted that all such surgeries are free for patients and are funded by the state budget.

Talking about the Center, its director Borys Todurov asked First vice Prime Minister Serhiy Arbuzov to facilitate the adoption of amendments to the budget to the state allocated funds needed for the Centre. This issue is particularly timely, when the Centre goes from the control of Kyiv City Administration to the control of the Government.

"I am confident that the Centre will further increase the positive results of its activities. This is an indication that we are on the right way in our reforms and most importantly - their result is obviously today. Looking at the work of the center, we can confidently say that we do not need to go far from for modern technology they are there for us," Raisa Bogatyreva added.
