OREANDA-NEWS. Duke Energy officials activated the company’s Joint Information Center (JIC) at 4:30 a.m. today as a result of events at the Harris Nuclear Plant.

Duke Energy personnel are coordinating with federal, state, and local officials to resolve the situation and protect the public.
