OREANDA-NEWS.  August 16, 2013. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (OFAS Russia) initiated a case against the Prefecture of the North-Eastern Administrative District in Moscow (the Prefecture), “PUBLICITY-BUILDING No.2 Project” Ltd. and “Publicity” regional Non-Governmental Charitable Foundation upon signs of violating Article 16 of the Law “On Protection of Competition”.

According to FAS information, in 2011 these economic entities and the Prefecture concluded a prohibited agreement to ensure that “PUBLICITY-BUILDING No.2 Project” Ltd. could win competitive bidding for capital repair of courtyard sports grounds in the North-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow.

“Initiating the case on violating the antimonopoly law is the result of cooperation between FAS and the law enforcement bodies. The Investigation Committee on the North-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow is investigating a criminal case against unidentified officials of the Prefecture and “PUBLICITY-BUILDING No.2 Project” Ltd., initiated upon signs of abuse of office and fraud”, pointed out the Head of FAS Anti-Cartel Department Andrey Tenischev.
