OREANDA-NEWS. Uralmashplant plans to send to the Far East humanitarian aid and special equipment for struggling against consequences of the flood. The heat blowers used at the plant will be sent to disaster area.

One of the vital problems for the suffered to be solved in the shortest time is preparation for cold weather. For this, it is also imperative to restore and dry out apartments and public accommodations promptly. The inhabitants of the Amur oblast and Jewish Autonomous Region badly need different drying equipment- heat blowers, electric radiators, electric generators of different types and capacity.

To eliminate the consequences of the catastrophic flood in the Far East Federal District Uralmashplant sent to Emergency Ministry heat blowers for accident preventive measures in affected areas. Equipment will be used for drying buildings in settlements where the water has gone.

According to information of Emergency Ministry Headquarters of the Russian Federation impound areas in the Far East Federal District are: in the Amur oblast - 4 settlements (512 people), in Jewish Autonomous Region - 8 settlements (2672 people), in Khabarovsk Territory - 77 settlements (36291 people). More than 10,8 thousand people were evacuated from the flooded areas and more than 3 thousand of them are children.
