OREANDA-NEWS. Piraeus Bank entered the TOP-15 banks with the most favorable for clients mortgage terms according to the rating of the most profitable bank’s offers on mortgages on the secondary market, car loans and credit card issue that was held by “Dengi” business weekly (# 16 as of 29.08.2013).

According to information from the Piraeus Bank’s Retail banking department the bank offers mortgage loans on the secondary market with rate 20-20,5% per annum in hryvna (rate depends on the down payment) for the tenor of up to 20 years and the possibility of early repayment without penalties. Minimum down payment from borrower’s side amounts to 30% of the cost of housing.

Method of the loan and interests for its use repayment may be either standard (with interest accrual on the rest of the loan sum) or annual (payment of interest and the amount of credit in equal installments). The upfront fee is 1,5% of the loan sum and is paid only once, the bank does not charge any other commissions or fees.
