OREANDA-NEWS. Vladivostok branch of the Bank of Moscow has extended a loan to the Territorial State Unitary Enterprise Primteploenergo. The amount of loan is 500 million RUR. The extended funds will be used to pay the costs incurred in connection with the company’s current activity (acquisition of raw and other materials, payment of wages, taxes and charges, settlements with subcontractors, etc.).

Primteploenergo was organised in 2001 with the purpose of centralising the process of heat supply in Premorye Territory. The core business of the company is production, transportation and sales of heat power. The company supplies heat and hot water to the Territory. It has 27 target regions operating 11 branches scattered all over the Territory. It uses about 500 boiler stations working on coal, boiler oil, electricity and firewood. The company employs over 10 thousand workers. Primteploenergo transacts its core business in 8 city districts and 22 municipalities of Primorye Territory where customer service points are open to resolve customers’ problems pertaining to payments, debtors, applications for the provision of social payments, etc.

"We would like to note the quality of the products provided to our company and how quick the decisions were made by the Bank of Moscow when we closed the transaction. The loan was extended with no security and with no bureaucratic hurdles. For us the Bank agreed on individual tariffs for posting payments at post-operation time", commented Lyubov Kuznetsova, Head of the Financial Administration of Primteploenergo.

"Our goal is the development of long-term partner relationships with infrastructural companies of Primorye Territory and provision of support to public utility companies that assure the region’s life activities", commented Eugeny Monin, Director of the Corporate Sales Department of the Bank of Moscow.
