Parallel, a fuel market leader in Ukraine's east and a regular participant of the ranking, has once again taken a strong position among the locomotives of Ukrainian economy.

Forbes's ranking builds on public information and economic performance indicators of the companies. As a transparent and law-abiding business, Parallel shows a sustainable growth trend and moves several places up every year. In particular, the company moved 11 spots up to take 87th position over the last year. In 2012, the company's revenue made UAH 3.82bn, profit performance, UAH 787.9m, and profit, UAH 60m.

Moreover, almost every other driver in Donetsk and Lugansk oblasts fills up his car at Parallel filling stations, whose brand awareness exceeds 94%, according to the independent Research and Branding Group. The filling stations operating under this trademark have three times more regular visitors than other big petrol chains in those regions.
