OREANDA-NEWS. ABH Miratorg informs, that it launched state-of-the-art meat packing plant “Case-Ready”, increasing production of pork semi-products in consumer's package 4 times to 83 thousand tons per year.

Within the framework of vertically-integrated model “from field to shelf” the holding is practicing long-term strategy to increase production of national high-quality meat, while widening products line and developing distribution channels including its own supermarkets network.

"Case-Ready" complex, installed in meat packing plant pig complex “Korotcha” in Belgorod region includes 13 technological lines for production of ready-to-cook products: including minced meat, patties, steaks, large-sized and small-sized semi-finished products, brined and spicy products. The company invested 5,1 billion rubles to build up the most technologically advanced facility in Russia.

The capacity of pig complex Korotcha, the most up-to-date complex for pig slaughter and processing in Russia, is 800 tons of products per day. After Case Ready lines reaches full capacity the production of pork in consumer's package will increase up to 320 tons per day or 40% of total volume of plant capacity.

"Case-ready" complex is designed as a key element of the plants technological line and utilizes most up-to-date solutions in the sphere of weighing, dosing and packing equipment, that allows to increase production of highest quality products and reduce costs as well.
