OREANDA-NEWS. PrivatBank has launched a new service - currency exchange via self-service terminals. Previously, you could exchange currency only in cash desks of Bank's outlets, but now you can do it on your own via any self-service terminal. PrivatBank launched this new service to popularize non-cash payments among population - the bank's self-service terminals accept dollar and euro bank notes of all denominations and hryvnias are instantly credited to a bank card or account as the video guide shows.

“Currency exchange via self-service terminal takes only a minute and most of terminals are available 24/7 throughout Ukraine at that.” - says Igor Melkov, Head of PrivatBank ATM-and-Terminal network development. - “To exchange currency via self-service terminal you certainly need to be authorized as the Bank's client. In PrivatBank you can do this using any bank card without showing your passport or typing its ID.”

New service is already available in 7,200 self-service terminals of PrivatBank and over 10,000 ones will start accepting foreign currency till the end of the year.

The currency is exchanged via self-service terminals at the current exchange rates of the bank's outlets without any additional fees. The Bank's clients needn't any additional confirmation of identity to exchange currency - PrivatBank card allows doing this automatically.

To exchange currency via PrivatBank's self-service terminal you need to choose the service Currency Exchange in Bank Service menu, specify the amount of currency and the number of the bank card or account which hryvnias will be credited to. Authorization of the bank's clients and confirmation of their identity (according to legislative requirements) is proceeded using a bank card.
