According to the National Bureau of Statistics, within October, 2012 – October, 2013 it made 4.7% against 3.9% recorded in the period between October, 2011 and October, 2012. Last October inflation was 0.6%, making 3% in January-October, 2012. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, in October, 2013 prices for foods went 2.5% up, prices for non-foods grew 0.9% down; tariffs for services to population increased 0.2%.

Prices for fresh vegetables increased 20.2%. They grew 65.6% for tomatoes, 42.7% for cucumbers, 25.4% for aubergines, 16.8% for sweet pepper, 4.9% for carrots, 3.8% for onions and cabbages. The prices went up 17.9% for eggs, 4.2% for grapes, 4% for potatoes, 1.7% for by-products and homemade butter. At the same time, in the reporting period, the prices went down 7.8% for citruses, 5.7% for exotic fruit, 5.3% for seed fruit, 1.4% for mushrooms, 1.1% for lamb, 0.9% for vegetable oil, 0.7% for wheat flour.

As for non-foods, the prices increased 4.1% for liquefied gas, 1.4% for garments, 1.5% for footwear; 1.4% for cars and 1.1% for medicines. They decreased by 0.6% for coal. In October, 2013, foreign tourism tariffs increased 1.75; utility services went 1.4% up, prices for catering services increased 1%. Accommodation in hotels grew 0.8% in prices, dentist services prices increased 0.6%, prices for air tickets increased 0.5%. At the same time, the prices decreased 2.4% for kindergartens and 0.1% each for home renovation and vehicle insurance.
