OREANDA-NEWS. 'Expert RA' rating agency upgraded 'Urals Inter-Regional Bank' creditworthiness rating to A, which means high credit solvency, the third sub-level. The rating outlook is stable. The stable outlook means high probability of maintaining the rating in the mid-term. The Bank used to have rating B++, which means acceptable credit solvency, with the stable outlook.

High capital adequacy, a good balance of assets and liabilities, by their maturities, in the short- and mid-terms, as well as in the long-term, are the key factors having a positive impact on the rating.

High concentration of active transactions on major credit risk items and significant lending to the Bank's related parties are highlighted by analysts among negative factors.
