OREANDA-NEWS. December 06, 2013. Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) has put the Green Line housing complex of the Augur Estate Group of Companies on the list of projects the Bank has credited for making loans to individuals under its uncollateralized New Home and Military Mortgage programs. So far, the Bank has accredited Blocks 1 to 7.

The new complex is going up on the Kaluga Highway 3 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road, at the center of the New Moscow development neighborhood. The Green Line is just a part of the project to carry on comprehensive development of territory A101, under which the Masshtab and Augur Estate groups of companies are building housing projects of comfortable high-rises and blocks of townhouses.

Construction is scheduled for completion in 2015. The construction project consists of ten high-quality houses of combined cast-in-place concrete and brickwork, an area-specific landscaping project, and a park area as part of the project. The housing project will be build along the edge of an oak grove.

Residents of the new complex will enjoy the status of capital dwellers and all benefits that go with it. As Moscow authorities say, highways in New Moscow will be modernized until the end of 2014, and an underground railroad line is, according to their plans, to be extended to Kommunarka township, the site of New Moscow, by 2019.

Individuals aged between 23 and 65 who want to buy an apartment at the construction stage of the new housing development can do so under the Bank’s popular mortgage programs at a minimum 10% down payment in the New Home project, or without making a down payment under the Military Mortgage program, provided that they have been involved in the mortgage accrual system for over three years.

A standard mortgage issued for the purchase of housing in the new project is to be repaid at a minimum interest rate of 10.5-11.2% per annum, and 10.5-11.5% per annum under a program tailored for servicemen.

A loan issue approval is valid for three months.
