OREANDA-NEWS. December 12, 2013. Moscow Arbitration Court dismissed a claim of “Regional Airports” Managing Company” CJSC on invalidating an order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) on an unscheduled inspection of the company.

The inspection started on 16th September as part of an investigation initiated upon signs of violating the antimonopoly law in the course of selecting proposals to implementing an investment project on constructing a new air-terminal complex, reconstruction and modernization of utility systems and services in “Perm” international airport (Bolshoe Savino”).

“This is not the first attempt to appeal our orders on inspections. In the overwhelming majority of cases Courts agreed with the positions of the Antimonopoly Service. The information and documents obtained by FAS, particularly, in the course of the unscheduled on-site inspection, constituted the grounds for bringing “Regional Airports” Managing Company” CJSC as a respondent to the case”, said the Head of FAS Anti-Cartel Department, Andrey Tenischev.
