OREANDA-NEWS. December 12, 2013. The representatives of the business community of the capital gathered together in the Central House of Entrepreneur at the first Business Forum “Small Business of Moscow and JSC “MOESK”: an open dialogue”.

The company “MOESK” and the Moscow City Division of “SUPPORT of Russia” organized the event. The event was supported by the Headquarters for Protection of Rights and Legitimate Interests of Business Entities in Moscow and the State Budget-Funded Institution “Small Business of Moscow”. The event hosted the delegation of the Belarus Republic electricity industry as well.

The plenary session was attended by the First Deputy Head of the Fuel and Energy Sector Department of Moscow Vsevolod Pleshivtsev, Deputy Head of the Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship of Moscow Dmitry Knyazev, Head of the administration for tariff regulation in the energy sector and public sector of the Regional Energy Commission of Moscow Sergey Sasim, Director General of JSC “MOESK” Petr Sinyutin, Director General of JSC “Mosenergosbyt” Andrey Kovalev, President of the Federation of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers of Russia Igor Bukharov, Chairman of the management board of NP of Territorial Grid Organizations, representative of Strategic Initiatives Association Alexander Khuruji and others.

In his speech, the head of JSC “MOESK” Petr Sinyutin announced the results of the implemented program “5 steps for 3 visits”. Its practical results formed the basis for the evaluation of the World Bank in the rating Doing Business: Moscow in terms of “availability of grid infrastructure” for the year rose nearly 70 points to the 117th place. During the year, the capital energy specialists halved (from 10 to 5) the number of personal visits to the company, the terms of connection - by 40%, reduced the cost of connection almost 5 times.

The company head noted that the energy specialists were not complacent. A new concept of “3 steps for 2 visits” has been elaborated already. The program will be implemented in 2014. According to the planned indices, timing of grid connection of MOESK consumers of up to 150 kW will be reduced to 90 days.

Expressing his gratitude for the ongoing collaboration, Petr Sinyutin also noted the importance of feedback and continuous exchange of information with the business community.

“We had a long and fruitful work with the leadership of MOESK and specialized departments to promptly inform small and medium businesses on the changes in the procedure for connection to the power grid,” the head of MCD “SUPPORT of Russia” Alexander Zharkov said. According to him, significant results were achieved through joint actions. In addition to objective facts of reduction in time and cost of grid connection, energy specialists hold active advisory work: MOESK holds Days of Entrepreneur every last Wednesday of a month, within the framework of which businessmen can ask questions, solve specific problems.

After the plenary session, the forum participants took part in roundtables on grid connection problems of small and medium-sized businesses to the electric grid of JSC “MOESK”, provision of additional services by the company, cooperation with JSC “Mosenergosbyt” as a guaranteeing supplier of electricity to consumers. Deputy Director General of JSC “MOESK” for grid connection and Services Development Pyatigor Alexander, Director of the client service department of JSC “MOESK” Yegor Novoselov and Deputy Director for Customer relations in Moscow Alexander Androsov were moderators.

In conclusion of the event, representatives of small and medium-sized business received individual consultations from the specialists of JSC “MOESK” on the issues of connection to the grid, providing reliable energy supply of high quality.
