At the same time, imports of goods to Moldova from the EU countries increased by 6.0% - up to USD 2 billion 003,3 million, amounting to 45.0% of the total imports.

In January-October 2013, the largest volume of exports to EU accounted for Romania - USD 344,5 million, or 20.6% more than at the same period of 2012, followed by Italy - USD 144,7 million (-17,1%); Germany - USD 87,9 million (+51.6%); Great Britain - USD 86.8 million (+24.2%); Poland - USD 69.9 per million (+9,3%), Switzerland - USD 27.3 million (by 6.1 times); Bulgaria - USD 25.8 million (-9,0%); Czech Republic - USD 21.6 million (+ 59.4%); Greece - USD 21.2 million (by 2.3 times); France - USD 21.1 million (+9,3%).

The largest volume of imports from EU in the period accounted for Romania - USD 578.1 million (+13,3%), followed by: Germany - USD 322,8 million (+1,9%); Italy - USD 278,9 million (+3,7%), Poland - USD 115, 8 million (-6,1%); Austria - USD 106,4 million (+10,4%); France - USD 83.6 million (+13,7%); Hungary - USD 83,0 million (+12,3%); Bulgaria - USD 70.6 million (+11,2%); Czech Republic - USD 56.6 million (+5,1%); Great Britain - USD 50.7 million (+1.8%).
