OREANDA-NEWS. Belarus' OAO Minsk Sparkling Wines Plant reported a 4.7% increase in wine production in January-November 2013 to 1.308 million decalitres, a source in the administration of the company told.

In November alone the output of sparkling wine reduced 2.8% to 126,400 dal.

Still grape wine production reached 55,300 decalitres, down 41.8% year on year. The winery's total output expanded 1.4% on the year to 1.363 million decalitres.

The winery representative has informed that OAO Minsk Sparkling Wines Plant may have its production quota for 2014 set at 1.5 million dal.

Minsk Sparkling Wines Plant was established in 1978; it makes 80 varieties of beverages; annual output is estimated at 12 million bottles.

The company's output totalled Br408.757 billion (USD 43.485 million) in Jan-Nov 2013, up 26.7% on the year.
