OREANDA-NEWS. DTEK Holdings B.V. has changed its Management Board. DTEK Management B.V. was appointed as a new director of DTEK Holdings B.V. instead of M. Timchenko. Vistra (Amsterdam) B.V. serves as the second director in the Management Board of DTEK Holdings B.V.

Since 19 December 2013 DTEK Management B.V. has replaced M. Timchenko in the Management Board of DTEK Holdings B.V. Consequently, now the Management Board of DTEK Holdings B.V. consists of two directors: Vistra (Amsterdam) B.V. and DTEK Management B.V.

DTEK Management B.V. is a Dutch resident incorporated on 21 November 2013 with registration number 59278153 and the registered office at: Schiphol Boulevard 231, Tower B, 5e Etage, 1118 BH Schiphol.

The sole shareholder of DTEK Management B.V. is SCM LIMITED, a Cypriot resident with registration number 137516 and the registered office at: Themistokli Dervi, 3, Julia House, P.C. 1066, Nicosia, the Republic of Cyprus.

The Management Board of DTEK Management B.V. consists of two directors: M. Timchenko and V. Starukhin, both authorised to act as sole signatory.

Maksym Timchenko was born on 12 August 1975 in Novoseltsy, Novgorod Region, Russia. Maksym Timchenkohas served as DTEK's Chief Executive Office and Chairman of the Management Board since July 2005. M. Timchenko is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Ukrainian National Top-100 Ratings ranked M. Timchenko the best TopManager in the energy sector twice, in 2012 and 2013 by In 2012, Forbes and Companion magazines rated M. Timchenko as one of the ten best senior executives of the country, and Gvardia rating named him the best manager in Ukraine in the Corporations nomination. From 2002 to 2005, he worked as a senior manager at System Capital Management, JSC. M. Timchenko began his career as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (1998–2002), where he advanced to senior auditor. He obtained a diploma in Production Management with honours from the Donetsk State Academy of Management in 1997. He continued his education at Manchester University and received a BA degree in Economics and Social Sciences with honours.

Vsevolod Starukhin was born on 13 December 1971 in Kazakhstan. He has been the Chief Financial Officer of DTEK since 2010. V.  Starukhin was the chief financial officer of the alumina division of Rusal in 2008–2009. In 2006–2008, he worked at Schlumberger as a chief financial officer responsible for Russia. He headed the financial departments of Mars in Russia, Hungary, the Netherlands and South America in the period of 1996 till2006. V. Starukhin began his career as a financial manager at Kraft Jacobs Suchard in 1995. In 2012, & Financier magazine named him for the second time the best Chief Financial Officer in Ukraine, while Investgazeta named him the best Chief Financial Officer in the Fundraising nomination. His achievements for the year included raising DTEK’s largest syndicated loan of EUR 416 million. A EUR 107 million loan obtained for the construction of the first stage of the Botievo Wind Farm was called the Deal of the Year 2012 by London-based Euromoney’s Trade, Finance and Global Trade review magazine.
