OREANDA-NEWS. The Bank of Moscow extended a credit to OJSC Kosogorskiy metallurgical plant (Tula Oblast) in the amount of 150 mln roubles. The purpose of the credit is working capital financing as well as repayment of loan indebtedness in other banks.

OJSC Kosogorskiy metallurgical plant was founded in 1897, and at present it is one of the largest enterprises in the metallurgic industry of Tula Oblast which has a well-developed infrastructure and a high potential in the fields of science, technology, production and resources. OJSC KMP holds strong positions among the leading Russian producers of high-purity blast furnace iron, manganese iron, industrial and ornamental casting. The enterprise successfully developed production of slag crushed stone and brick. The production of the plant is widely used in machine-building industry, metallurgy industry and construction. OJSC KMP sells its production both at the domestic and external markets. Deliveries are made to regions in Russia, to CIS, and at the external market to Europe, Middle East and Asia.
