OREANDA-NEWS. January 23, 2014. Wang Xuefeng, the newly-appointed Chinese Consul-General in Calcutta, conducted a visit to Indian Branch of China First Metallurgical Construction Group (CFMCC Group). This was his first visit after taking his new post. The Vice Consul-General and the other relevant officials of the Consulate General of China in Calcutta accompanied Wang during the visit.

The delegation members were debriefed on the development history, business scope and market exploration of CFMCC Group and its Indian Branch. The heads of CFMCC Group’s subsidiary in India extended gratitude to Chinese Consulate General for its long-lasting guidance and support towards the operation cultural exchanges of the company, and expected the Consulate General to assist the company in resoling the actual difficulties encountered during the project execution.

Wang Xuefeng stated that, the Consulate General was the sweet home of Chinese-funded enterprises in the countries where they were established, and they could pay visit to the Consulate General at any time. According to Wang, all the staff of Chinese Consulate General in Calcutta will actively respond to the call of the State Government on Global Presence Strategy, offer support as always to the Indian Branch of CFMCC Group and the other Chinese enterprises for business exploration, and provide held in their power to tackle the confusion and difficulties encountered by the enterprises.
