OREANDA-NEWS. Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Group (NCSP Group or the Group) (LSE: NCSP, Moscow Exchange: NMTP) announces today the appointment of new executives.

Alexey Knyazev was appointed CFO of NCSP Group (Deputy Director General for Finance and Economics), and Andrey Garnukhin was appointed Deputy Director General, Director of the Unified Commercial Directorate of NCSP Group.

German Kachan, previously CFO of PJSC NCSP, assumed the position of Chief Accountant of PJSC NCSP.

Alexey Knyazev bio

Born 28 March 1971 in the town of Beznechuk in Kuibyshevsky region, Russia.

Served in the army in 1988-1991.

Graduated from Samara State Economics Academy in 1995, where majored in finance and credit.

Alexey Knyazev is married and has three children.

In 1993-1999 worked as accountant, financial specialist, and head of international settlements bureau at AvtoVAZbank in Samara.

In 2000-2005 worked in financial positions at a number of businesses in Samara.

In 2007-2008 served as Director for Economics and Finance at PJSC Alnas in the city of Almetyevsk, Tatarstan.

In 2008-2009 was Deputy Director General for Finance and Director for Economics and Finance at Izvevsk Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing in Izhevsk, Udmurtiya.

In 2009-2010 assumed the posts of Deputy Director General for Economics and Finance, Director for Finance, and Director General at Rimera Group management company in Moscow.

In 2011-2012 worked as Director for Finance and Director of Finance and Economics Department at Bashneft Oil Company in Ufa, Tatarstan.

In 2012-2013 served as Director General at Bashneft Oilfield Service Enterprises in Ufa.

Andrey Garnukhin bio

Born 2 September 1973 in the city of Kolomna in Moscow region.

In 1996 graduated from the Bauman's Moscow State Technical University with a major in Information Technology and Management Systems, and a minor in Management and Marketing.

In 2010 and 2011 he completed courses in Strategic Initiatives Management (from TMI Business Systems), and in Process Management (by IDS Scheer) respectively.

Andrey Garnukhin is married and has three children.

In 1997-1999 he was Deputy Head of the Russian Office for William Schwabe/DHU international company.

In 1999-2000 worked as Program Director for SEATTLE-Moscow development company in Moscow.

Since 2000 till 2004 held the position of Head of Foreign Trade Department at Alef Group in Moscow.

In 2004-2005 served as Executive Director at Gulfstream Engineering in Moscow.

In 2005-2007 he worked as Vice-President and Director for Commerce and Expediting at TPS Group in Moscow.

Since 2007 till 2013 he headed the Corporate Governance and Land Bank Management Directorate at URALCIB Financial Corporation in Moscow.
