OREANDA-NEWS.   The Bank of Moscow summarized 2013 results in medium and small enterprises sector. As of year-end the cumulative credit portfolio of medium and small enterprises was 199 bln. rubles showing a year-on-year increase by 2.2. The Bank is one of the market leaders by absolute figures of the credit portfolio growth in this sector. The share of overdue indebtedness in the medium and small enterprises credit portfolio decreased from 10.2% at the beginning of 2013 to 4.6% as of year-end 2013.

The portfolio of medium and small enterprises guarantee business also developed dynamically, growing from 15 to 40.5 bln rubles over the year. In fact, medium and small enterprises guarantees portfolio was formed within 1.5 years as a result of implementation of a sales model in medium and small enterprises sector.

The medium and small enterprises funding base amounted to 148.6 bln. rubles as of year-end increasing by 50% from the year beginning which is significantly higher than the market growth rate. Currently the medium and small enterprises funding base makes almost half of the Bank's total corporate funding base.

The Bank's cooperation with medium and small enterprises focuses on servicing public and municipal enterprises in Moscow and the Moscow region, the regions of the Russian Federation as well as cooperation with customers and contractors of public and municipal orders within the framework of federal laws 44-FZ and 223-FZ. The main goal is to become the basic bank for enterprises that form municipal and regional infrastructure. Currently the Bank of Moscow has all the necessary competencies, tools and a product line for an effective service of target sector customers.
