OREANDA-NEWS. March 19, 2014. The Month of the Best Service is organized in Latvia for the tenth year, and this year the bank DNB also is among the participants. During the campaign, which goes on for the entire month of March every resident is asked to appreciate good customer service and share their positive experience with others.
 
Therefore, you are kindly asked to praise good service of the bank DNB by choosing the most convenient way to express your opinion:

on the website www.labsserviss.lv, where as from 1st March is accessible a special praise form;

through the hotline 1188;

in person at branches and service centers of the bank DNB throughout Latvia, by filling out the campaign questionnaire.

High customer service at branches and corporate service centers of the bank DNB is the matter-of-course, as it always has been our main focus. The bank DNB appreciates the customer loyalty and is grateful for all incoming positive opinions.
 
The Month of the Best Service will finish at the end of March and the results will be summarized taking into account the received praise from the customers as well as the qualitative assessment of the customer service. The results of the campaign and the list of companies that have provided the best customer service will be announced on 11th April.
