OREANDA-NEWS.  March 19, 2014. Such objectives are stipulated in the government's action Plan for 2014, published by the Cabinet. It contains objectives to be achieved within the framework of European integration, external economic, financial, social and other policies.

The document envisages 512 actions that should be implemented by various institutions in various branches. It is planned to eliminate administrative barriers for business environment and to improve the investment climate, promote exports and attract investments, observe principles of competition and de-monopolization of the domestic market, to create conditions for wider access to private and public resources for lending. It is also planned to reform the system of authorization of entrepreneurship.

It is expected to establish clear procedures and conditions of authorization; reduce the number of areas subject to authorization; optimize authorizations list, permits and certificates issued by the Central administrative authorities and subordinate bodies. It is also planned to revise the number of paid services provided to entrepreneurs by public authorities, to implement e-services, provide widespread use of the single window concept, and optimize authorization procedure of the trading activity on the basis of "single window" principle. It is planned to simplify the procedure of issuing and registering tax declarations, optimize the procedures, time, and costs on business liquidation.

It is provided to harmonize the legislation of Moldova in the field of commercial companies with the European law, regulations regarding the transparency of decision making, capital formation and distribution of dividends, rights of the employees and creditors, provide shareholders’ protection, etc.
