OREANDA-NEWS. During the first quarter of 2014 about thirty thousand OGO! subscribers used the program to improve and optimize the configuration of subscriber lines from Ukrtelecom. In particular, the number of such subscribers increased by more than nine thousand in March. Also, in the first three months of this year, the Company's technical team optimized nearly 83 thousand subscriber lines.

As the result of the program, bandwidth of the optimized lines increased by an average of 2.7 times - from 5.5 Mbit/s to 15 Mbit/s. However, within the peak performance of their lines, each subscriber can choose the best speed offer.

Subscriber lines improvement program is part of the Company's strategy to improve quality of service and customer care, as well as their level of satisfaction. There is a special team of skilled professionals working at the Contact Center of Ukrtelecom; they personally inform customers about improvement of the performance of their subscriber lines, offer and pick the most profitable special rate offers for the use of OGO! service. In addition, there is a number of professionals working at the Company's branches on the implementation of the program.

Since the beginning of the program, which started in May 2013, total of over 120 thousand OGO! subscribers benefited from the program, with the number of optimized subscriber lines being more than 480,000.
