OREANDA-NEWS.  The Bank of Moscow accredited 4.1 and 4.2 housings of “Colours of Life” quarter (Vidnoe city), the developer of which is City-21Vek development company. Following the complex No. 5 mortgage borrowers of one of the largest Russian banks got the opportunity to buy apartments in the fourth complex of “Colours of Life” quarter, brought to the market this February. A new phase is a continuation of construction within Rainbow Minipolis, built houses of which have transformed the architectural look of this suburban city.

Clients of City-21Vek when buying apartments in 4.1 and 4.2 housings can get a mortgage loan for up to 50 years with an initial contribution of at least 10 % in the Bank of Moscow. At that the size of the interest rate depends only on the loan amount and ranges starting from 12.15% per annum in roubles. Fees for processing, granting and early repayment of credit are not charged. There are also provided special terms for payroll clients with a loan interest rate from 11.5 % in roubles.

At an initial contribution from 35% a client can get a credit decision, providing only 2 documents: Russian passport and any other document, such as: an international passport, driver’s license or insurance certificate of state pension insurance.
