Bulk and bagged cements are delivered by rail and road (in the Holding company's cement transporters and trucks and in clients' own vehicles)."

Belgorodskiy cement is the first cement plant in the CIS to receive the DIN 1164 quality certificate. All the Russian types of cement manufactured by the plant have been certified under the GOST R voluntary certification system. Two types of cement, CEM I 42.5N and CEM II/A-S 32.5R, were certified by the testing lab at the Organization for quality control at the Union of German Cement Plants (in Dusseldorf, Germany) for compliance with the European standard EN 197-1.

The cements manufactured by Belgorodskiy Cement have won Platinum quality stamps - the highest award it is possible to win - at the International exhibition (and competition) 'All-Russian Brand (III millennium). Stamp of quality for the 21st century', and also won the All-Russian contest 'Russia's top 100 products'. The plant itself is the proud owner of a Passport for a high-quality company.

The head of the quality control department and laboratory at Belgorodskiy cement, Vera Ivanova, observed at the meeting that the plant's products are subjected to strict quality control at every stage of production using state-of-the-art lab equipment.

Particular focus was put on the new field of activity of the plant's quality control department and laboratory, which involves selecting the best possible raw materials for concrete manufacturing for consumers, and developing technical maps for specific facilities. This system enables the Holding company to prepare the composition of the cement along with its clients, by selecting additional ingredients (gravel, sand etc.) in order to obtain concrete that it is of the quality required by each specific customer (building factory, reinforced concrete plant etc.).
