OREANDA-NEWS. DIXY Group (RTS, MICEX: DIXY) - one of Russia's leading retailers of foods and everyday products - today announced retail revenue growth of 25.1% in Russian rubles in April 2014, and retail revenue growth of 19.7% in Russian rubles for the first four months of 2014.

For the first four months of 2014, DIXY Group retail revenue increased to RUR 67.6 bln (USD 1.9 bln) by 19.7% in RUR (4.4% in USD) year-on-year.

In April 2014, DIXY Group retail revenue increased to RUR 18.2 bln (USD 510.8 mln) by 25.1% in RUR (10.0% in USD) year-on-year.

• Retail revenue of DIXY neighborhood stores increased to RUR 14.4 bln (USD 403.8 mln) by 28.8% in RUR (13.2% in USD) in April 2014 compared to April 2013.

• Retail revenue of Victoria Division increased to RUR 2.5 bln (USD 69.2 mln) by 16.4% in RUR (2.3% in USD) year-on-year in April 2014.

• Retail revenue from Victoria supermarkets amounted to RUR 2.0 bln (USD 55.7 mln), demonstrating 20.3% year-on-year growth in RUR (5.7% in USD) in April 2014.

• Retail revenue from Victoria neighborhood stores amounted to RUR 401.9 mln (USD 11.3 mln) in April 2014 compared to RUR 397.8 mln (USD 12.7 mln) in April 2013.

• Retail revenue from cash & carry store CASH amounted to RUR 81.1 mln (USD 2.3 mln) in April 2014 compared to RUR 72.9 mln (USD 2.3 mln) in April 2013.

• Retail revenue of Megamart Division increased to RUR 1.3 bln (USD 37.7 mln) by 7.0% in RUR (decreased by 6.0% in USD) year-on-year in April 2014. The growth was driven primarily by MegaMart compact hypermarkets retail revenue, which increased to RUR 1.1 bln (USD 30.1 mln) by 9.5% in RUR (decreased by 3.8% in USD). MiniMart stores retail revenue decreased to RUR 272.5 mln (USD 7.6 mln) by 1.8% in RUR (decreased by 13.7% in USD).
