OREANDA-NEWS.  The Bank of Moscow has opened a credit line for the amount of 1.75 billion roubles to Company Group "Complex Energy Solution" (CES, LLC) — a company, which is implementing the project for complex reconstruction of 13 boiler houses in Nizhny Novgorod.

The project is realized within the framework of energy service contract concluded between CES, LLC and Teploenergo, OJSC, in accordance with the Federal Law 261-FZ.

Within this project 13 boiler houses of Teploenergo, OJSC (which obtained the capacities of about 300 Gcal/h) will be upgraded till the beginning of 2015. As part of performed activities the obsolete equipment, requiring costly repairs and maintenance, will be replaced by new equipment, the one meeting present-day requirements for energy efficiency, construction standards and consumer qualities. In accordance with the terms of the contract, the return of investment is to be performed during the following nine years due to the reduction of maintenance costs and energy savings occurring as a result of new equipment operation. The minimum savings, announced by CES, LLC within the modernization of boiler houses, will amount to 3,213 million roubles.

The Bank of Moscow has a full product range to meet the needs of companies, whose activities are linked to the support of cities and regions infrastructure," said Alexander Yastrib, the First Vice-President, Deputy Chairman of the Bank of Moscow.

Today the projects for housing and communal services support are performed by the Bank of Moscow in 23 regions of the Russian Federation. By the end of 2013 there was decided to finance regional projects for the total amount of more than 16 billion roubles.
