OREANDA-NEWS.  Wizz Air, the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe,* today announced further expansion at its Cluj-Napoca base. The airline will deploy a fourth aircraft and launch 3 new services: from 20 December twice weekly flights will operate from Cluj-Napoca to Cologne, followed by twice weekly services to Geneva and Malmo commencing on 21 December.

With these 3 new services and the recently announced service from Cluj-Napoca to Nuremberg Wizz Air is now offering a total of 20 routes to 10 countries from Cluj-Napoca. The airline has also increased frequencies on some of its most popular routes in the winter 2014 season. Milan Bergamo and Paris Beauvais can now be reached with 5 weekly flights, the popular services from Cluj-Napoca to Dortmund and Bologna will be operating 4 times per week, while the service to Rome Ciampino will increase to 3 weekly flights this December.
