OREANDA-NEWS. August 14, in the framework of the International Air Transport Forum was held a conference "Personnel for the aviation business". Among those present were the head of the Department of Public Policy of the Ministry of Education and Science Natalia Zolotareva, Vice - President for Human Resources JSC "UAC" Natalia Kraychinskaya, HR Director Aviastar-SP Vadim Oveychuk and other representatives of the companies and agencies.

The issues of attracting, training and retraining workers in the aviation industry were discussed on the agenda. There were proposed various solutions, for example popularization of blue-collar occupations, providing systematic training of the workforce, changes in wages and technical re-equipment of jobs.

The main tasks and areas of work of JSC "UAC" in the framework of the theme "Personnel for the aviation business" identified Natalia Kraychinskaya: "We pursue only one final goal - the retention of staff. It is implemented through the development of networks of production and training centers and practical oriented training in the dual system of education. The issue of retention in the enterprise requires a systematic effort at each stage of the implementation of the program". The Federal program of dual education and work specialties World Skills championship stood out as one of the main resources to meet the priorities and create the necessary image of professions.

Vadim Oveychuk also made the presentation of the program to attract workers: "Aviastar-SP took advantage of a government program of resettlement of compatriots. We relied on people with aviation education and work experience. This program provides for these people certain payments and benefits, since they start the actual work. Thus, we provide the company with employees for the long term cooperation. I offer to use our experience to attract staff".
