OREANDA-NEWS. As hostilities in Donetsk have intensified, ASKA has moved its HQ to Kiev. Since 21 August the senior management team have managed the business from Ukraine's capital coordinating operations of all corporate units including the payments department from the Kiev Servicing Center in 5, ul.Antonova. Accounts, finance division and all archives moved to Zaporozhye. A customer service center and an office maintenance department continue to work in 100, pr.Ilicha, Donetsk.

The company has shown dynamic sales of its insurance products. For seven months 2014 it received insurance premiums to the amount of UAH 257,279,000 which is UAH 12,106,000 less year on year. The total amount of insurance claims settled comes to UAH 133,862,000 for seven months 2014.

ASKA developed new business processes to ensure that the changes in the company do not affect the quality of services and the speed of interaction between employees. The new rules take into account all the details for resolution of business issues in the most productive manner.

In July-August the IT department has moved all corporate data from ASKA's servers to special virtual facilities to minimize information losses.

ASKA will work to the new rules until January 2015 and may reconsider them depending on the situation in Ukraine's east at that moment.
