Belarusian companies' deposits with domestic banks were at 31.535 trillion Belarusian rubles (Br) as of August 1, 2014, down 1.6% on month, an official with the National Bank of Belarus (NBB)'s information department told. This totals U.S. USD 3.029 billion at the official rate of the central bank.

Belarusian companies' ruble deposits went down 1.9% year on year in January-July 2014.

Companies' foreign currency deposits reduced 1.6% month on month in July 2014 up to USD 3.943 billion. In January-July 2014 FX deposits fell 1.7% year on year.

In 2013, Belarusian companies' ruble-denominated deposits rose 7.1% on the year to 32.162 trillion rubles (USD 3.089bn), while foreign currency deposits rose 0.2% to USD 4.011 billion as of January 1, 2014.
