OREANDA-NEWS. Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev awarded Mostotrest CEO Vladimir Vlasov with the Order of Friendship and awarded Transstroymekhanisatsiya CEO Boris Sakun with the Order of Honor.

Earlier, in March 2014, Mostotrest deputy CEO Valery Dorgan was awarded with the medal "For the Construction of Transport Facilities". Vasily Kharlanov, Project Manager of the Mostootryad-99 Serpukhov territorial firm (a branch of Mostotrest), was awarded with the Honor Certificate of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation for his contribution to the organization of the Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games in Sochi. Certificates of appreciation of the Transport Minister have been awarded to deputy CEO in Sochi region Andrei Struk, head of the construction contracts department Denis Vorobyev, steel and reinforced concrete structures riggers of the Mostootryad-99 Serpukhov territorial firm Viktor Kononov and Telgat Mubinov, head of the construction site of the Mostootryad-4 Moscow territorial firm Alexei Rogachev, head of the construction site of the Mostootryad-114 Moscow territorial firm Alexei Burdonov, deputy head of the bridge operational department of the Sochi-Rosavtodor project management team Igor Shcherbinin.

The Mostotrest Group has completed eleven complex construction projects of Olympic facilities in Sochi despite tight deadlines. As a general contractor, the Group has constructed transport interchanges such as "Golubye Dali", "Stadium", "Adler Ring", the second and third phase of the Kurortny Avenue Relief Road and reconstructed the Adler airport. Mostotrest was a subcontractor in the construction of five more sites, including the combined (motor and rail) road from Adler to the Alpika-Service mountain resort and the first phase of the Kurortny Avenue Relief Road. The operations have been carried out in dense urban areas. The mountainous terrain and high seismic activity in the region have added to the technical complexity of the projects.
