Since the start of 2014, nearly three thousand specialists of Bank “Finance and Credit” have taken training courses - they received new knowledge and learned new skills, upgraded their qualification. Within the better part of 2014 over 300 training courses were carried out for the Bank's employees: training sessions, seminars, business lunches, remote courses, etc.

Antonina Dobrovolska, Head of HR & OD of Bank “Finance and Credit”, is quoted as saying, 'Our special requirements to the competence of our employees automatically result in their professional development and upgrading of their qualification. Training programmes of the Bank's in-house coaches and leading outsourcing experts give the Bank's staff additional knowledge on top priority business objectives, develop their managerial skills and personality traits, help to form a talent pool. By the way, our applicant pool is also filled due to the annual internship programme - this year there are over 40 students who have done an internship with our Bank and the best of them can start their career with us.'
